DAY-1
COCHINArrival You arrive at Cochin airport and we whisk you away to the Spice Village resort. Lying in the lap of the fabled Cardamom hills, Spice Village is surrounded by lush forests, and the Periyar Wilderness is but an hour away. With extensive, well-equipped ayurvedic facilities and trained Vaidyars (ayurvedic doctors), the resort is your base for a week of intensive therapy.
DAY-2 - 8 COCHIN
Rejuvenation Therapy at Spice Village You start with a little consultation from our resident doctor, who'll plan a programme of diet and therapy, including a massage, steam bath and yoga regimen.
For best results during this phase, you need to avoid, as far as possible, meat, cigarettes and alcohol. Follow a few simple guidelines and we promise you a feeling of well-being like never before!
DAY-9 PERIYAR
Relaxation at Periyar Your treatment is over, but its best to take it easy for a while and allow yourself to get used to the new energy levels you have.
DAY-10 PERIYAR - COCHIN
During your last day at the village, you could enjoy a boat safari, just potter about or read a book (there's a little library in the Woodhouse Bar). After lunch, its back to Cochin and the Casino Hotel. If you're up to it, step out on the town, or catch up with a little shopping.
DAY-11 COCHIN
Cochin -Airport It's time to bid farewell. We drive you to the Airport and assist you with all check-in formalities.
